Ms. Rhonda Keith

“E-Pluribus Unum” - one of many!  Rhonda has always been solicitous about the downtrodden, disenfranchised, and displaced.

Presently, serving as Communication, Press, and Publicity Officer of the Carroll County NAACP Branch, she’s one of many members that seek ubiquitous civil rights and justice for all.

Rhonda Y. Keith was born in Carrollton, Georgia to the parents of the late Mr. William Keith and Mrs. Irene Keith, of Bowdon, Georgia. She’s returned to her native Bowdon after a long residency in Houston, Texas. Her childhood education was received at Hudson Elementary School with the completion of secondary education at Bowdon High School. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communication at Clark College in Atlanta., Georgia. Further matriculation took place at Ball State University in Muncie , Indiana.

Rhonda is employed by the global air carrier Delta Airlines, Inc. as a International Flight Attendant.

Her thirst for community activism led to a campaign for a City Council Seat in Bowdon, Georgia. This bid allowed Ms. Keith to be the second only minority to do so with the first thirty years plus prior being her mother.

Her professional involvement includes Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Phi Pi Omega Chapter, Board Member for the Community Action Involvement, Inc. (CAFI) and NAACP.

Rhonda is a member of New Hope United Methodist Church, Bowdon, Georgia where her faith filled service and leadership includes and not limited to Worship Leader, Lay Servant and Mission Coordinator and Nomination Coordinator for the United Women in Faith.

With the mission of equity, political rights and inclusion being paramount I along with the leadership of this organization will tirelessly continue to build a trusting relationship with our communities WORD BY WORD!
